ResolveRadar
Intent-aware DNS diagnostics
ResolveRadar learns what each record is meant to do, checks every dependency behind it, and explains failures in plain language for the team that has to fix them.
A customer configures DNS. Existing tools confirm the record exists and is spelled right. But when something still does not work, someone on your team has to diagnose the problem by hand.
An email platform, tracking vendor, or identity provider asks them to add records. They copy, paste, and hope.
Lookup tools confirm the record exists with the right value. Everything looks green.
Links break for some users, mail lands in spam, and the record checker says nothing is wrong. The investigation falls on your team.
Traditional tools validate DNS. ResolveRadar diagnoses configurations.
What exists?
Will it work?
Three steps, from a domain name to a fix you can act on.
We work out what each configuration is trying to accomplish. A CNAME pointing at mandrillapp.com is Mailchimp transactional email; a TXT record starting with v=spf1 is email authentication.
Knowing the intent tells us what has to be true. We test the DNSSEC chain of trust, query multiple public and authoritative resolvers, count SPF lookups, and check for conflicting or stale records.
Every finding comes with a plain-language explanation of what broke, who it affects, and the exact path to resolution.
